Aintree University Hospital feature in Nursing Times this month discussing their Friends and Family Test (FFT) implementation journey.
We at Healthcare Communications started working with Aintree in A&E where the required results were not achieved using cards alone.
We introduced SMS and Interactive Voice Messaging communications and improvements were seen immediately – response rates rose from 9.93% in May (using a postcard approach) to 21.55% in June! This department is now exceeding national targets which has been maintained since implementation.
We now provide Aintree with our FFT solution accross the Trust.
