NHS England have published the results of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) for September and introduced a simpler scoring system to increase relevance of FFT data collected for staff, patients and the general public.
NHS England has moved away from the Net Promotor Score (NPS) as a measurement and instead results are now presented as a percentage of friends and family who would/would not recommend the service. Check out the guidance on the change in measurement here.
At Healthcare Communications we’ve made sure our NHS sites are up to date with the latest changes and are now using the correct measurement tools to present data. We’re always happy to offer advice and provide guidance on how to make this transition as simple as possible, so feel free to give us a call and we’ll go through it step by step.
Great results have been revealed this month and we’re proud of our Trusts for hitting targets and presenting such positive results. We now work with 50 trusts using a combination of communication channels to ensure CQUIN targets are met and trust goals exceeded! Results for this month can be viewed here.
