Staff at United Lincolnshire Trust have the X Factor

We have to share the ingenious idea that Sharon Kidd and the team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust came up with to promote the Family and Friends Test (FFT).

All around the Trust are now life size cut outs starring their very own model – Charge nurse, Ian Holdich! What an innovative way to promote and engage staff in FFT.
