Healthcare Communications don’t take the ‘one size fits all’ approach in providing FFT, we understand that not all patients communicate the same way and to get the best response rates and rich qualatitve data, a blend of channels is sometimes the best answer!
We’ve often worked with Trusts on short timescales to hit targets and implemented a multi channel approach including SMS, Integrated Voice Messaging (IVM) and paper to ensure CQUIN goals are achieved.
Unify reports are also fully automated to relieve the admin burden that comes along with survey processing and weekly summary reports make it easy to stay on track.
